CRM traditionally means Customer Relationship Management, however ADP Solutions expands that to Constituent Relationship Management. That means the platforms tracks clients, potential clients, partners, governmental agencies, involved community members and more. The QuickStart Package allows better collaboration among all, for a birds-eye view of team productivity that goes beyond just tracking contacts to who is working on what projects, and on what timeline.
This functionality goes beyond keeping a running list of certified or potential sites like an industrial complex, parcel of land or business center. Salesforce tracks when the sites were offered to businesses, tracks activities associated with the offering, and tracks why the site was accepted or rejected by the business. Now you can report to property owners and brokers as to the status of a site and make recommendations for site improvement.
ADP Solutions has years of experience in leveraging this object to its full potential to fully track all startup, recruitment, retention and expansion projects and where they are in the pipeline. Are they active and moving, or stuck and stagnant? And why? We also configure Salesforce to monitor key metrics with these projects, particularly jobs (created, retained, and type) and capital expenditures.
BRE, sometimes know as Visitations, are touchpoints with existing businesses to gauge their health, identify concerns and issues that the EDO can help address, and identify potential expansion projects. It is a great tool for engagement—connecting with attendees before, during and after the event, tracking conversations and activities, and determining key touchpoints that sparked interest.
